Alchemia is in a trading halt pending the making of an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome of a proposed capital raising.
(b) Alchemia is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations in relation to the proposed capital raising and maintaining an orderly market in the trading of the company’s shares and to ensure that trading does not take place in an uninformed market;
(c) Alchemia requests the trading halt until the earlier of:
(i) Alchemia making an announcement to the market concerning the outcome of the proposed capital raising; or (ii) the commencement of trading on Monday 7 November 2011
